We offer conference and event registration, and publications and other items for purchase, on this Site. You must be at least 18 years old with a valid credit card to make purchases on this Site. Online Donations
ASTC accepts online donations through this Site, which are processed by a third party. ASTC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible, where applicable. Donations will be refunded only at the sole discretion of ASTC. If you have any questions or concerns about your donation, contact info@astc.org.

Jurisdiction, Venue, and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim relating to this Site, the Content, or this Agreement not otherwise resolved between you and ASTC will be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis, and will not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration will be conducted in Washington, D.C., and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction of it.
