Thank you for reserving your exhibit booth at the ASTC 2022 Annual Conference! Your participation will help ensure a vibrant exhibit hall as we return to an in-person conference for the first time in three years.

Exhibit Hall Location

The ASTC 2022 exhibit hall will be located in Halls B and C of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, 1000 Ft. Duquesne Blvd., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

  • 8:00 am–5:00 pm – Exhibitor move In

Monday, September 12, 2022

  • 8:00–10:00 am – Exhibitor move In
  • 11:00 am–6:00 pm – Exhibit Hall open
  • 11:00 am–12:00 pm* – Exhibit Hall kickoff
  • 12:00–1:00 pm* – Networking lunch in the Exhibit Hall
  • 3:30–4:00 pm* – Exhibit Hall break

Tuesday, September 13, 2022

  • 10:30 am–5:00 pm – Exhibit Hall open
  • 2:00–3:15 pm* – Poster Palooza and networking in the Exhibit Hall
  • 5:00–10:00 pm – Exhibitor move-out

Wednesday, September 14, 2022

Access by Minors

Children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted on the exhibit floor during installation or dismantling, unless show management has given permission in advance. Please ensure that all hired contractors and others servicing the event comply with this guideline.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary Full Conference registrations for every 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth purchased. Complimentary registrations do not include workshops, sessions, tours, and paid events. 

After purchasing an exhibit booth, a unique discount code will be assigned and emailed to you. Use this discount code to redeem your complimentary registration online. Additional full conference registrations can be purchased online for $605.

Fern Exposition Services has been selected as the general services contractor for the ASTC 2022 Annual Conference. Please contact exhibits@astc.org for more information.

The Exhibitor Services Manual is forthcoming.

ASTC’s Commitment to Sustainability and Safety

This year, we are redoubling our commitment to sustainability and safety. For environmental reasons and to establish best practices moving forward, we are minimizing the use carpet in the Exhibit Hall aisles. This will decrease our use of unnecessary materials that are thrown away after the show. The entry way and networking spaces will still be carpeted, and you are welcome and encouraged to make your booth as comfortable as you wish with padding and carpet.

ASTC cares deeply about the health and safety of all conference participants and is closely monitoring the latest guidance from local, state, federal, and international public health authorities. As integral members of the conference, exhibitors will be asked to follow the same health and safety protocols as all participants. As the pandemic continues to evolve, the guidelines are subject to change. Be sure to check out the Health and Safety FAQs for up-to-date information.

Attendee Lists

Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any list from any company claiming to have access to the ASTC conference database, attendees, or contact information. ASTC does not work with any third-party list broker. Even responding to these inquiries may put your and others’ information at risk.
